Annual Salary Survey: Bi-annually, CMB conducts a salary survey for Christian music stations. The fall of 2009 will be our next survey.

Education: Significant impact at major radio events:

Momentum '09 - CMB offers it's first event that will SUPER-SERVE radio. Designed around your wants and needs, this 2 1/2 day event will provide you with the training and networking you want as well as help you prepare for the future!
Regional Seminars - CMB offers professional regional training that provides education and networking on a smaller scale and at a significant discount.
NRB - growing in attendance and acceptance, CMB has coordinated highly successful Christian radio education sessions as well as a Monday Night event.

We are currently planning and negotiating for other benefits, including research for Christian radio, marketing projects, mentoring programs, ministry campaigns, specialized CMB members only programming, and more.

Our goal is to help point the spotlight of public and industry attention toward Christian music radio. We have a product that the public actually wants--they just don't know it yet! Your membership in CMB will help get the word out and will help raise the bar for all Christian music radio stations.
