Annual Salary Survey: Bi-annually, CMB conducts a salary survey for Christian music stations. The fall of 2008 will be our next survey. 

Education:  Significant impact at all three major radio events:

1. NRB - growing in attendance and acceptance, CMB has coordinated highly successful Christian radio education sessions as well as a Monday Night event.
2. GMA - CMB offers the CMB Educational Track (formerly NCRS) at GMA. We provide classes and discussion groups in many different areas of radio, led by industry experts.
3. Regional Seminars - CMB offers professional regional training that provides education and networking on a smaller scale and at a significant discount.

We are currently planning and negotiating for other benefits, including research for Christian radio, marketing projects, mentoring programs, ministry campaigns, specialized CMB members only programming, and more.

Our goal is to help point the spotlight of public and industry attention toward Christian music radio. We have a product that the public actually wants--they just don't know it yet! Your membership in CMB will help get the word out and will help raise the bar for all Christian music radio stations.
